Fiskars Circle Cutter and Circle Cutter Template. They are both NEW and NEVER USED. The cutter is in brand new, unused condition, but I no longer have the package it came in.

The Cutter Template, which was separate, is still in its package, and includes instructions for using both the template and the cutter. The spare blade is still tucked in its little spot on the cutter.

When you have the cutter and template, you will be able to cut the exact size circle, EXACTLY where you want it. You can use it to crop a certain part of your photo, then cut a mat just a bit bigger. You could even get super fancy and triple mat your pictures on scrapbook pages.

I have WAY TOO MUCH of everything. I'm not a hoarder, but things are getting a wee bit crowded, and if I super charge my crafting, every day, for the rest of my life, I won't use half of my stuff.
