Sorry for the delay in my reply...

The skirt waist measures approx...28"-30" it adjusts in size due to having Velcro closure

Skirt length 11.5"

The top is a halter style and measures approx 16.5 across....and has a lot of stretch to it for larger bust sizes if need be...Due to the style of the top it has no particular cup size

I do not think they will fit a plus size....more like a small, medium, or possibly even large in US sizing
