This genuine leather size 38 belt is sharp.Though it is listed under mens a woman could wear it too.Nice colors and detail the pics don't do it justice.This was handmade in Colorado and 25 yrs ago cost me 50$ so it is nice .Worn 1 time.All sales final and thank you for looking :) .

Yes it has a buckle and yes it has a snap where you can change them out.hope this helps.
