Another one of my favorite dresses by IZ Byer

Brown Pin Stripe Dress Styled like a men's dress shirt with a full gathered skirt and matching stretch belt with shiny patent looking front buckle; buttons from waist up with gathering at center. This looks great with heels or cute brown boots or booties. Looks great and so comfortable to wear.

Excellent used condition - no stains, tears, odors, etc. Could use a little spot ironing for slight wrinkles from being in my closet. I bought this new; one owner.

Juniors Size Medium (I think I was wearing a size misses size 2/4 when I wore this but just guessing)

Measurements (taken flat and doubled except length of course):

Length: 18" from belt line to hem
Bust: 32"
Waist: 28"

It's above the knee but how far depends on your height - it's about - 18" from the waist and doesn't have a straight hem line.

Hi There

I wouldn't say it's stretchy - it's very similar to a soft dress dress shirt material. I'm not home at the moment to read the tag for the exact material but it is like a dress shirt with a full round skirt bottom that is roomy but the top is regular fit like a button up shirt - hope this info is helpful to you
