You are bidding on a 1893 U.S. stamp. This is the first stamp in America's First Commemorative issue. This was issued in 1893 in conjunction with the 1893 Columbian Exposition. This is the one cent, "Columbus in Sight of Land". This is SC230. The stamp is unused, hinge removed, original glue. Please note, there is a small tear near the edge in the upper right hand side of the stamp.
