GIN. Means Get It Now. It's like a "buy it now" option.
But since you are a new member you can't offer a GIN yet. Once you have earned your sellers wings badge- than you will have access to many of listias perks! One of them being the GIN option.
To get your sellers wings badge you have to have been a member for a certain amount of days (not long. Think it took me a month maybe?) and list and finish successfully at least 5 auctions with positive feedback- AND win 5 a auctions with positive feedback.

Once you get the gin option- when you list a auction, you can set a GIN on there as well. GIN amount is up to you, and can be set anywhere from 2,000 credits -- 500,000 credits. Than If someone doesn't want to wait out the auction and take the chance of being outbid, they can pay the specific about of credits that your GIN is set at- and it ends the auctions with them being the winner. :)
