To be honest, depends on what you are comfortable in. I wear a Women's (plus)2X, but I like my pjs very roomy-so I was not comfortable with them (that's why they are being auctioned-loved them too.) On the other hand they are a size 2X! No guarantees-you'll have to roll the dice. Also it was the top that I thought was a bit smaller than I preferred, rather than the bottoms.
