would love to have this, do you have any other roman coins you are looking to sell. I probably won't have enough credits to win this bid

This middle coin is an easy one to identify this time, alltherage! But I have no clue on the top one--any ideas? I'll be watching and will hopefully have enough credits to make a serious bid on this one (except I keep finding things to bid on!).

I have no clue about the top one, I'm pretty sure it's pre-300AD, not that that helps much. I grabbed both of the coins out of a pile of unattributed Romans that I've been accumulating over the years. It would take awhile to attribute them all, so I thought I'd throw some on Listia and give everyone a chance to identify them. More to come!

That's cool. That top coin is bigger than a typical 300's bronze coin but I don't see a radiate crown so it could even be pre-200AD. But I'm still pretty new to this identification game. (And I wish I had a pile of unattributed coins!)

LOL, it's more like a coffee can full. Stamphound, I'm thinking of listting a radiate silver denarius (unknown emperor). Do you think it would do well, say 25,000 +?

I'd bid if I had the credits.....(I better put some auctions up!). I'm not sure many Listians know what any of these ancient coins are worth. I don't either for that matter but have seen some prices on ebay and bought some. Maybe start it at 20,000?
