it can't be when the phone is made by that phone company, it can't be unlocked

While I was just ripped off on a lisiting for an iphone the guy had up and I was the winner, and he sold the phone I can say I see how people can seem anxious about bids like these. However I suggest you do your own info searches if you don't believe something which is posted/ commented on. I still try to give the benefit of the doubt to deals like these, since I myself have not posted any auctions yet I would not want to be judged by others bad experiences. As a "buyer" I understand it is a pain to have to take the item out of the box, after getting it all ready for shipping. However on the same note do you believe it may help your case to just take it out and take a picture of the phone being turned on and show that your item is legit, no offense meant. Any how I just thought maybe a logical opinion would help everyone come to a better understanding......

if it is a boost mobile brand made phone it can only be used for boost unless it is unlocked to use any carrier.

No it dont exist. Samsung has not made a galaxy rush 2 yet & i dont think they will. I had that same phone last summer when it came out & its the galaxy rush. No number after it. Ok then if you really think that its the rush 2 then what is the model # on the white label on the back of the phone behind the battery??
