I have used this starter over the years to make a lot of bread. I make Banana Nut, these are a list of some of the things I add to a batch or or I may just add one or two of these to a batch. One batch makes two or three loafs depending on the size of your pans.Cinnamon

Pecans
Walnuts
Flax seeds
Coconut
Bananas
Apples
Blue Berries
