The tags are gone in this dress but I have one identical in green (That I am also listing) so I know the brand is Zone Express and the fabric is cotton/rayon. It is also a size medium but refer to the measurements anyway for proper fit. The top half is a ribbed sweater fabric with deep scoop neck and the skirt has ragged edged patches (2 are pockets) and full button front
~Underarm to Underarm-16" across laying flat w/o stretching
~Waist-16" across laying flat-does not stretch
~Hips-27" across laying flat
~Length from shoulder-48
~Sleeve length from shoulder-21"
