Can you please tell me what size the shirt is? Also, is it kind of see through that would require a tank/cami under it?

The shirt is a medium. The back is really sheer but the front is sort of doubled so you can't see through it. If it makes you uncomfortable with a sheer back then you would probably need a cami. Otherwise no.
