I am receiving emails from some who are outrage at this persons actions, sending them emails. I thought if I responded then everyone will know exactly what happen although you seem to have figured it out for yourselves. You are awesome and I have no ideal why Listia stands by and allow this to happen. I have already requested help from them. This person I believe is sick mentally. This is the only logical explanation I can come up with. She bidded on a pair of earrings that are gorgeous. I took several pictures with the same stubs so that I would not have a need to take them out of the package. Being so tiny I have lost many. Anyway when I sent her the earring I sent the stubs that came with the earrings. She claim she only got one and that she wanted the ones that went with the earrings. I sent her more stubs and pulled them off a similiar pair of earrings. She then claim she did not want those and she wanted the ones in the picture. She then filed for a refund with Listia. I explain to her that those stubs did not go with the earrings. She insisted therefore I gave up and sent her the ones in the picture. Believe it or not! she stated those are not the stubs that was in the picture and sitll wanted her points back, I could no longer deal with this person therefore I let Listia make the decision. I also requested that she not bid on any of my items. I guess this made her more angry because she begin sending these negative messages etc... then after Listia refuse the points return we are here now. You make your own decision but be very cautious when dealing with this person. Very cautious, its not worth no amount of points. This reaction is not normal at all even for cash this is not normal but cash is a little more understanding. Again, thank you. Heavenlee20 is more like hell666

I'm so sorry you had to go through all that. I am so glad you let us listians know about this nut. I had a person file a compliant because I put the wrong tracking number in. Needless to say the customer got her package 3 days after her bid and didn't even apologize for her actions.
