That actually looks like organza, not tulle. Either way it's lovely. I was going to bid, but after seeing joybarbour18's comment, I'll just root for her to win it!

Sorry I don't know much about material. This is the stuff it's see thru and goes over the skirt part of a fancy dress. I think mom bought it to make a dress for my niece and just didn't get around to it.
