I wish I could offer you free shipping but I am on a fixed income and am only paid once a month. Some of my auctions are already free shipping because I budgeted for them and for this one I didn't. The only way I could do free shipping if you gin this would be IF you were willing to wait for me to ship out on November 3rd. I'm willing to do that but it's totally up to you!
