The listing, Very Old Cigarette Lighter Case has ended.

I don't know exactly how old this lighter holder is.The elderly lady I got it from said she has had it since she was in her 30's and she is now 92.It holds a regular lighter.Does need to be cleaned.I do not know what metal it is made out of maybe brass ??? Looks like the bird's body and wings may be another type of metal though.Feel free to ask any questions Item will be mailed out 1-3 days after auction ends.It is free shipping.

Ok you are right I looked it up and found that the first disposable light was made in 1972 so there is no way it could be that old unless it was used for something else which I highly doubt but who knows.

That's what I was thinking a pheasant but couldn't think of the name like was on the tip of my tongue but couldn't get it out lol I hate that... But ya think her old age is getting to her because she told me today she swears she got it when she was in her 30's..Thanks for stopping in and looking.

No the bottom of it is open like the top but the metal is folded over some to keep the lighter from falling out
