you can hike it up, or keep it down! either way, it fits very well!
i've worn this dress a total of 3 - 4 times.
i can do free shipping to the u.s.a only!
i live in a pet free home, but not a smoke free home.
the dress is clean.
it has no cuts, rips, tears, stains, etc.
it's basically brand new!
the necklace is just something that goes well with it, and i do not wear it anymore. i haven't worn either much.

Not sure really.. I'm a 38C an it fits me well. A little tight, not much. It's real stretchy! So you can hike it up or pull it down. Either way, it works good an looks very nice.
