No Verizon is not but can be used with T-Mobile and straight talk that I know of.

Its 5 am in central time ,the phone works great,the Carma is not damaged works fine,I showed the front cracks the back cracks will cover up with a case,I just switched to AT&T.I'm sorry I don't know from this phone how to fix it all yet,I will work on it but in the storms I lost internet, I'm actually running on my roommate WiFi on a Verizon plan,that's sad to me cause someone is going to get my phone! I hope you all ask the questions I will get back to answer them my roommate works so I will be a hit and miss on a internet connection for a little while,I'm truly sorry!
