What condition would you say the inside of the book is? Are there any loose pages, any major rips or bends? On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate it?

Inside of book is like new. No rips or tears. Pages are tight and bright white. Spine is not cracked. Inside I would give a 9, You can see the imperfections on the cover in the scan above. I didn't realize it was that dusty so I will post a new scan after I wipe it down.
