Yes, it is and the sequels are even better I couldn't put this book down. I am now reading " A Man Named Dave " I also want to read , " The Privilege of Youth " a teenage story & His self help book entitled " Help Yourself " finding hope, courage & happiness... I love his books ! I received 2 of the Lost Boy as gifts so I wanted someone else to be able to enjoy reading it too. Good Luck
