hello this is 7 inches including the clasps. but it does stretch. but i am not sure how far it would stretch without breaking.

hello hun, i actually made this. copper And magnetic/hemitite jewelry, is known to help with arthritis. so you can go to wal mart or anywhere that has those items and make it. i have found it to help. :) BUT if you do win since its for your two year old i would love to make it smaller for you. :)
