Above the 12 and around the whole watch are a series of smaller and bigger lines to kind of look like a compass I guess. No name on back either.

The small dials work. They are digital. No instructions on how to set them. You will have to figure it out. No notches around the edge. Inside the crystal around the watch face, they are a series of smaller and bigger notches in white to simulate a compass look. They don't mean anything.
