Description

The listing, Mixed Colors of Hollyhocks (30+ seeds) has ended.

This mixture may include yellows, pinks, deep reds, purples and the beautiful near-black hollyhocks. Since they were grown in close proximity of each other and may have crossed pollinated, I simply mixed the different seeds together. They will bring a splash of color to wherever they are planted. If you have only room for a few, this is a fine way to enjoy several colors instead of just one. As with all my auctions, the winning bidder will have 7 days to contact me with their verified shipping information or the item will be re-listed and your credits will be forfeit. I DO NOT SHIP TO UNVERIFIED ADDRESSES. Thanks for looking, please feel free to check out all my other auctions.

The ideal time to plant is very early in the spring, just a soon as the soil in your garden area can be worked. They can be sown in the fall, but then you may lose a good many during the winter if you live in a colder climate. Starting them indoors is not a very good option either, since they don't take kindly to being transplanted. Best to just sow them in the space you want them to grow in. They are rather tall, so up against a building or a fence is a great place for them.

Well, these would certainly cheer up any outdoor space. Other great ones for cheery color are the Gloriosa Daisies and the Indian Blanket Flowers, along with the ornamental peppers.
