FREE: Victorian-Gothic Style Violet Necklace

The listing, Victorian-Gothic Style Violet Necklace has ended.

This necklace is fashioned to represent the feeling of romance. It features a lavender leather cord entwined with a very light shade of purple ribbon to show off the colors of the items it holds. The neck part is quite long-28" total.

I fashioned a violet lace flower (3 1/4" x 3") and adhered some glitter sparsely on it. To the middle I attached a 2" glass vial filled with romantic violet chips. Attached to the vial is an antique pewter drop (dates back 35 years in my possession) with has amethyst stones attached around the bottom portion-with 1 slightly larger amethyst stone attached to the center opening.

I want to stress that I am not a physic, just a lover of beautiful things and the colors and symbols of those things. I believe in spiritual and gothic meanings of these symbols and love to pass that on to others. I handmake my items in my craft room, and do so on a whim....how I feel at the time...or what I see at the moment. These items are reflections of my imagination and not made with the thought that it would make a great sale item....it is put aside until I have a few made...and then (and not until I am the computer listing the item) I look up the meanings and symbolism of the items used.

Of course lace represents all that is delicate; and was used a lot in Victorian times...and the Gothic era. The color of violet is the "Crown Chakra" or the head. It represents a connection to the Creator, higher self and spirit. But it also means nobility, luxury and royalty.The Lavender Rose Quartz: is for spirtual love, and to be able to see with love.
