This car is IN A PERMANENT CASE. THE FRONT SIDE OF THE CASE HAS THE "OFFICIAL HOT WHEEL LOGO" on the top left side of the case, & "TOY FAIR 2006" on the upper right top side of the case. In the lower left hand corner of the bottom of he case in raised letters it has the copyright sign (the C in the circle), & says "1998 MATTEL INC." "MALAYSIA". *** I believe my auctions are fair, and I am an honest person. *** I provide the best possible information & photographs that I can at the time. I do not believe in return credits unless I simply do not mail out your item(s). I am available for any questions you may have and you need not bid if you wish not to. I was told that it was made specifically for Comic Con that year and that was the only place it was available. That is all I can tell you and that it cost me being so limited. That is what the gentleman told me. Jo
