The box is a little torn, but that's all. I can't find the charger for this phone so I can't turn it on. my daughter loved this phone until Cricket told us it didn't work in our area. All the numbers are in one of the pictures, Make sure you call Crickett before bidding, again NO BUYERS REMORSE.

I used to have this phone! My first phone from cricket! I loved it!!!! But it messed up so badly that it would shut off without me even doing anything

my daughter didn't even get to use the phone. They told us it couldn't be used in our area. That didn't make since to me since she had Cricket and this is a Cricket phone.
