No. But the hangtag is attached to an interior loop where a strap could be placed.

It really depends on the lighting you are looking at it in. It's not highly glossed as far as overall leather finish. It is metallic gold but in bright light can almost look silver. That's why I think it's so cool. Hope that helped!

I have a large silver coach wristlet to put back up as well as new coach peeptoe turnlock flats (shoes lol) to list. Been sick and uber busy. Trying to keep up to date with my auctions/comments. Yes, ma'am! It's a card/id/cash holder with a key fob attached to it. This one has a coin compartment an is signature c pattern jacquard in khaki with a lavendar leather stripe. Wish I would have added all this to the auction. Sorry!
