The listing, LG Optimus V Smartphone. Virgin Mobile Only. has ended.

This was my first purchase after joining Listia. I won this back in the late Fall of 2012. This being an older smartphone, the processor isn't as fast as the newer phones.Also a little thicker, but I believe it makes the phone more durable. If your main purpose phone and texting, this phone should serve you well. Internet may be a little slower as this phone is only 3g. NOT 4G. If you don't need a lot of downloaded apps, don't store videos, and keep hundreds of photos, you should also be ok with this phone. I added a 32GB Micro SD memory card (included), that is absolutely needed. Copy and paste this link to get all the specs on the phone.

I reset the phone just today. Photo 1 before reset. Photo 2 after reset (see the date?). Photo 3 after reset, screen unlocked. Photo 4 phone off so you can see the screen condition. Photo 5 rear side of phone. Photo 6 accessories included- 3 screen protectors, charger (Kyocera brand but will charge this phone), and hybrid case.
As mentioned earlier, 32 GB Micro SD Card included.

I just got the new AWE from Virgin & its still 3G think only their over $350 phones are 4G lol! Watching for my son!

I have a LG Optimus F3 that i bought new a coupke of months ago from Best Buy. It has 4g but i only get 4G around area near my home, but at work i only get 3G. I do know that Virgin Mobile will lower your speed if you are using a lot of bandwith during heavy use times.

I love that too says unlimited data on my plan but half way thru they tell me I'm reduced! Been with them 10 yrs though & its the only prepay company that works in our metal warehouses!!

I have never got that message. But then again when at home or work i try to use wifi. I too have been with VM for at least 6 years, and i have to say i have mostly satisfied. I have checked around with other major carriers and i just can't afford the $60 + taxes and fees per month.

boost mobile is awesome.with shrinkage I pay $35 unlimited a month.I use opera mini so my data usage is minimal each month.great auction.thanks for sharing :-)

What android version is it since it was flashed to another carrier?

You might be confusing this phone with one in another auction. This phone has never been flashed to another version of Android. All the specs I can find at the link provided in the auction, list it as Android 2.2.

Hi Everybody. It's too late for me to add copy or a photo to the auction, but I am throwing in a car charger. It's not an LG, but it works. It's a Samsung brand using the mini USB connection on the phone.Thanks!

LG Optimus V is the Virgin Mobile version of the LG Optimus S. That's why it is listed as Virgin Mobile Only.

It does not use a SIM card.

It does use a Micro SD memory card. But it will only take up to the 32 GB, which I have included in this auction
