It's a nice card but to be considered near mint corners would need to be very very close to perfect.

Beckett defines NrMt as follows. A card with one minor flaw. Any one of the following would lower a mint card to near mint: one fuzzy corner or two to four corners with slight touches of wear, 70/30 to 60/40 centering, slightly rough edges, minor print spots, or color or focus imperfections. The card must have original gloss and original color borders.

The reason why I wrote that NrMt needs to have corners very very close to perfect is because if corners were any less then that EVERYTHING else would have to be perfect.
