They aren't silk but they are silky feeling. They are not cotton but have a cotton crotch. They are bikinis. Thank you fanned you back & good luck...... :)

No never wore them even after I washed them. Held them up to hips and they were way to small to get from hip to hip so didn't put them on at all.
