its gently used. the screen has minor scratches but un-noticable. just scratches from everyday use- never been dropped just kept in a holster

ive had three of these phonesthere great multimedia phones all mine were through verizon and sprint cdma phones basically phones without a sim chip cannot be unlocked it's a different software completely then say att they use gsm now phones i unlock all day but for future reference you can flash another network and use the phone as a modem,and open ther software so you can use the apps of your choice

I have just reset this phone as well to Factory Settings so when you receive this you can set it up and register with palm for exclusive coupons and deals.it will also be shipped with full battery(ready to go) at power up (and of course battery is seperated from phone in ship to prevent leaks and shortages to the battery when it scanned through usps. and this will come with tracking number and signature confirmation!

yeah you just call the wireless company from a landline or friends phone- and have them remove your phone off the account and replace with new phone so you will keep your number its fairly simple and quick when they do it- and i believe sprint lets you activate the new phone on your current line on-line when you sign in

i dont believe so if it sais in the earlier post i posted then it would. I think only the newest of the phones like ipod or phones that use droid interface includes WiFi
