yes the battery is pretty good but you will have to charge it at bed time if
you use it a lot.

I'm not sure but you can call them and ask the phone was connected with T-Mobile when I used it T-Mobile now has no contract service now for only 40.00 to 50.00 dollars a month you may want to be with T-Mobile they have better customer service and connect-ability and they don't drop calls as often.
