The tube is filled with perfume so you can carry it with you.The sponge is for dabbing it on your skin.

Hi, thanks for helping. The clear part of the tube is a bottle that screws on to the rest of the tube and it has a roll on device atop reminiscent of lip gloss. It does smell like the perfume itself, and I suspect you are correct as the liquid inside is too light to be lip gloss. The rest of the tube has the middle which has the brush, but clearly the brush is used to apply the pink stuff within the top bottle. I took a peek for clarity.

Hi, I checked with USPS and it looks like I might be able to ship it for like $21 6-10 days priority mail. I can look into cheaper, though that might take more time. I can adjust the cost of shipping up to $6 by paying that much of it, which is my average cost of priority mail shipping in the US.
