I'm sorry that you are feeling so bad. Well wishes that you feel better soon! I also suffer from leg cramps. My secret for listia is I use my phone or Kindle and lay in bed sometimes when I am on. Sitting up at the computer absolutely kills my back and legs. As for me I am ok this evening. Thank you for asking.

You can't really put free shipping if it isn't truly free shipping. You're supposed to say exactly what you did, but put a shipping fee above. Otherwise you have a high chance of people ordering refunds.
