This was bought new from Walmart and used once for a tea party. It was washed once on the delicate cycle and air-dried. No stains or rips or odors, from non-smoking home. It fits my 7 year old perfectly. It comes with a necklace, so all it needs are shoes and the tiara!! Just use a steamer to get the wrinkles out and it's good to go :) The packaging/tag/cardboard is only on here for pictures, it won't be shipped with the dress.
