Auction is for 10+ seeds. Bambusa Arundinacea is a tall woody bamboo with thorny stems. It can be up to 40 m tall. Bambusa Arundinacea thrives in tropical to subtropical climates, it grows in warm humid temperate areas. Its young shoots are consumed as food in some parts of China and India. It also is used as a yard screen, soil erotion and for the paper and construction industries. I use the paper towel method to start these.

Use a regular size bottle of water and add a capful of hydrogen peroxide to the water. Sprinkle a paper towel with the water until it's just wet. Squeeze out excess water. Open the paper towel and lay it out on a flat surface. Put your seeds on the paper towel. Fold the paper towel in half and then in half again and place in a ziplock bag. Date the bag. Keep it in a warm place, at least 75F. Check in a few days. When they have sprouted you can transplant to small pots.
