The listing, Adult Halloween custom tutu has ended.

This auction is for one custom Halloween tutu. The winner gets to choose the color and size of the tutu. I will make custom for you. The pictures are some samples of what I have done recently. I use elastic for the waist so that it can be made any size. I will need to know the color you want plus your measurements around waist and the length you would like it. I may need to order the color tulle you want so this auction will take about a week to ship after the auction ends.
