the weight of this costs about $15 to ship from here to California, if you live closer it may be cheaper.

well my mother inlaw wore 12, 14, and some scattered size 16 for shirts...I see them all in her closet. and I've also seen her wear this coat..so im certain it wouldn't be a problem fitting her.
