It is a manual focus Minolta md mount for an older Minolta 35mm camera. I have sold camera gear for years, and very familiar with this mount.

The case is from an old Schnieder lens that was not originally for that Minolta lens.

As far as I can tell this fits a Minolta manual focus SLR camera. Looked it up online. I would like to have it. Sure other people with Minolta's want it also. Wish I was 100% sure this will fit. Thanks also to cobalt67 for the info on this.
