This is a very different salt and pepper shaker set~only one I've ever seen..Ceramic. The tail, which I believe would be pepper shaker, appears to have been repaired (pic 5), it appears to still be functional, but I really don't think this is the type of set that would actually be used~more of a collector's item....very fishy :)
