The listing, VERY WELL-LOVED, "distressed-look" Genuine Leather purse handbag (Made in Italy: FRANCESCO BIASIA)! has ended.

Please look at the largest possible version of the pic of the purse. Then take into account that it is even a little more "broken-in" then it looks in the picture.

This purse is specifically for a person who really LIKES that very "DISTRESSED" leather look.

At the same time, I do not detect any areas where the purse is actually BREAKING or wearing THROUGH at all. It's a fighter!!!

Some of the lightest (color-wise) areas may even be the result of intentional rubbing of the fabric from the start, in the factory.

It really does seem structurally solid.

I think the cutest part are the two front pockets.

Inside, there is one zipper pocket on the back inner "wall" of the purse.

On the other side (inside) are two open pockets (for cell phone, etc?).

The majority of the inside of the purse is an open space, but the entire purse zips shut, to protect your belongings.

Also, I THINK the leather feels a little dry to me in a few areas, and it would LOVE it if you treated it to a leather conditioner!!!

Girl first of all it is meant to look distressed! And if authenticated you have a FRANCESCO BIASIA !! Do you know that bag runs around $450 plus NEw??? You need to add some more pics to authenticate and get some major bids!!!

Thank you so much for your comment! Wow!!! Now that there is a bid on it, though, I don't think I can edit by adding any more pictures. : ( I didn't know that brand name. It wasn't mine originally. BUT, I can give more details.....

The bag has its brand name imprinted or slightly indented on one of the front pocket flaps. The brand name also appears on a small metal plate on the zipper pocket inside the bag. That is where it also says "Made in Italy." There is a tag on the side inside which reads "Genuine Leather." I am very sorry I did not post pictures of these things, but if you find any of them to be untrue, you would of course get your points back. I tell you no lies.

nice bag- good luck with this. i was lucky enough to swap with someone overseas who gave me a beautiful bag of this brand (there is some drying of the leather, so i know what you mean)- and she was glad to get a coach bag from me- it was her 1st coach bag. i'm sure this one will be a popular auction.

I guess the comment that follows answers your question about THIS purse and its brand name. But, if you are asking about purses in general -- thinking about listing one yourself (and it is also leather) -- I don't know the answer to your question. You'd have to find the right type of person who liked the specific look of the specific purse, I guess -- 2, rather, to battle it out. So, I guess if it wasn't name brand it would be more difficult. Sugaree.... just because you are not familiar with a designer named FRANCESCO BIASIA who makes and sells excellent and expensive bags doesnt mean others arent familar!! ;o) and sometimes people dont realize what they have. I had a bunch of purses I gave away cuz I didnt use them anymore. Not realizing I had given away a bunch of name brand purses other would give an arm and a leg for. (learned this as my purse knowledge expanded).
