Okay Ladies please bear with me on this as my youngest is 32 years old so I've been out of the game for quite sometime.
17" x 11" x 6"
This is a super large diaper bag with holders on both sides of bag, it has a wonderful wide strap and a zipper bag in back side.
Personally I think you could put the baby stuff in bag and the baby- but don't listen to me I do not know anything.

It comes with (I'm not sure what it is) it might be a make up bag with handles so when you spend the night everything is together. I really do not know, I'm sorry I hope the pictures are good enough for you to see everything.
It does show some wear on bottom but this is great it just washes off on outside, inside I do not see any wear or stains.

What looks to me like a Bible Cover with a mirror or maybe something else, see pic's.

If you have a baby girl this is so awesome, it's huge. You won't need to carry anything else with this bag.lol
