My hubby turned me on to this bracelet. He swore by it. My hubby wears his faithfully and states that when I borrowed his he felt " crappy" without it.

I was skeptical until I tried his for 2 weeks !

The attractive bracelet is adjustable . This is probably a size medium which would fit a wrist of around 7 - 8 in.

They recommended that you wear it like you see in the picture but it can be worn with the opening on the front of your wrist.
