It was used and it works fine. Like new condition. No scratches on screen. DO NOT have the USB cord to attach to computer. Also a A/C adapter is no longer with this. It is still wonderful!

It does not connect to a TV. You can plug it into computer by USB and add pics. Hang on wall and pictures go. Can by a 9 volt ac adapter.
