Was my favorite dress until I got to small in the chest due to weight loss. The neck strap has unfinished ends. There are no tags, and the zipper is unevenly sewn in ( does not affect performance ). Very likely is hand made.

The widest point around the chest is about 39", un-stretched stretchy material.
