I wont answer many question on this but:

-Standard toyrnament legal
-Will be a good deck
-The higher the bids, obviously the better the cards!

How high does the bid have to go b4 we can choose what colors or better yet can the winner submit a deck list obviously type 2 and obviously you might not have all the cards but get as close as possible?
