This auction is for a foil Soul Exchange (card number SDY-041) and holo Dark Necrofear (card number LC03-EN002). Soul Exchange is a rare I think and Dark Necrofear is either an Ultra Rare or Secret rare, but I am pretty sure it is an Ultra Rare. Both cards are in okay-fair condition with no rips. However, both cards are slightly folded through the middle as seen in the pics. There is little wear, but other than that, that's about it.
