This is New without tags, I bought it for my daughter and she never got to wear it. Size is 4/5

i have no way of measuring it sorry, but my daughter had a cinderella one the same size and it fit her loose and came below her knees when she was four

Hi :) i bought this one and a cinderella one for my four year old. She never wore this one though. Her cinderella one is the same size as this one and it comes down past her knees and is a little too loose on her however she is tiny for her age. hope this helps

Yes, my daughter is tiny for her age too, she fits 3t still in some clothes and costumes.

yes my youngest one is like that, she is five now and still can wear a lot of 3t clothes. her cinderella one which is the same size fits better now that she is five :)
