Very feminine, very Victorian. Beautiful new necklace without tags, so I'm not sure of the designer. Part of a lot of new jewelry I bought and am listing. Please check out my other auctions.

Yeah, I thought it was ugly too, but left it there in case someone liked it. Don't know what the purpose of it was. Yes, it can be taken off easily.

Yeah I am not sure what the purpose is either...I didn't want to say its ugly, but since you said it first...I think its ugly ha ha ha. Not the necklace just that feather/leaf thing.
