Does it come with the digital code and the dvd?

I never opened the DVD case. I do know that there is a DVD, I'm not sure about a digital code. When I get home I will take a close up pic of the digital code sticker.

I did take an up close picture of the sticker and it reads as follows: "Included with purchase DIGITAL ULTRAVIOLET Watch anywhere! See inside for redemption instructions. Offer expires 12/31/2016. Select devices only. Visit www.sonypictures.com/up for requirements and instructions. Special features not included. US only." As I have mentioned before, I have not opened to DVD. I'm not sure if you would need to receipt as proof of purchase to activate the digital code. Since I purchased to movie sometime late Jan/early Feb, I no longer have the receipt.
